Ultimate Performance and Expandability

The Interclypse Thunder 650 is a high-end workstation designed to maximize performance and scalability. Featuring the latest generation of Intel® multi-core Xeon® processors, advanced memory and graphics options, and flexible high throughput RAID configurations. Interclypse delivers an uncompromised workstation that
delivers performance while following industry standards that ensure reliability and reduced mcomplexity.

The addition of the NVIDIA® TeslaTM M2050 / M2070 transforms the Interclypse Thunder 650 workstation into a massively parallel “personal super computer” with 448 cores, when coupled with the standard CUDA C programming environment.

Exceptional Graphics Performance

The Interclypse Thunder 650 offers two PCIe x16 slots in order to support a wide range of high-end graphics cards enabling you to quickly visualize your engineering designs, CAD drawings, simulations, animations, or high resolution imagery. Support for the latest workstation-class graphics cards from NVIDIA® are available to provide peak graphics performance.

Latest Multi-Core Technology

The Interclypse Thunder 650 workstation is powered by the new Intel® Xeon® 5600 series processors, codenamed Nehalem. The Nehalem processor delivers performance that adapts to application needs, intelligently scales energy use to performance demands, and offers best-in-class virtualization. Ideal for businesses of all sizes the Intel® 5600 series can automatically increase processor frequency when needed and reduce power during low use times.

Energy Efficient

The Interclypse Thunder 650 workstation was designed be energy efficient and operate quietly without sacrificing performance. This capability is a strategic result of the choice of motherboard, Intel® processor, energy efficient power supply, Whisper Quiet cooling fans and chassis design.
