Description:
This position will be responsible for the growth of the Interclypse Solutions Portfolio within the United States Intelligence Community. Interclypse is seeking a talented candidate to help capture and drive opportunities within the IC along with the Federal, State and Local government markets. We are seeking an individual who is capable of "making an impact" and assisting in leading the overall growth with key agencies and customers. This candidate will be directly responsible for developing and executing an aggressive business plan and for achieving business metrics. This candidate must have a history of effective team leadership and a strong track record of success delivering on business commitments.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum 10 years selling within the Federal Government
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of the Federal Government procurement System and Government Sales Cycles
- Must be able to work in a “Team” Environment
- Must possess the ability to understand the customers issues and to build solutions around the issues
- Must be able to gather intelligence, assess competitors and help position Interclypse to win new contracts
- Must possess a proven track record of building new opportunities
- Should possess a working knowledge of current industry IT solution and service requirements
- Ability to listen, make recommendations and influence industry executives is required
- Strong personal network of executive relationships is optimal
- Must be a strategic thinker and problem solver with effective communication and influence skills
- Must be agency and customer focused, achievement-driven, and possess an impressive executive demeanor
- Candidate must work with Interclypse management in outlining business plans and sales strategies
- Will need to work with Interclypse OEM Partners, Distributors, and SI Partners to develop solutions to solve customer problems
- Must demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain relationship management skills with IT executives and technical staff
Education:
BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent of professional sales experience and training

Position: Senior Test Engineer

Description:
- A minimum of ten (10) years experience in test engineering or integration of modern hardware/software systems at the component, integration, system, and end-to-end levels
- A strong background in network engineering is required
- Experience with establishing, maintaining, and testing SDH/SONET based networks
- Experience with computer networking protocols including, but not limited to, IP, TCP/UDP, HTTP, DHCP, and DNS
- Experience with C, C++, Bash, Perl, Python, or other scripting language
- Experience with installing, configuring, and using personal security products including host and network based firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Proficient in the development and implementation of test strategies, plans, traceability matrices, procedures, and reports
- A minimum of eight (8) years experience with requirements analysis experience
- Knowledge of test tools, to include Hewlett-Packard's (HP) Quality Center
- Experience with building end-to-end test infrastructure from source to destination to include provisioning computers, loading software, and creating test threads through network infrastructure
- Experience with executing independent verification and validation on component and system integration testing according to test plans/procedures
- Experience documenting test results according to the customer's defined standards
- Experience with implementing, maintaining, and testing network equipment and configuring workstations as required to support test activities
- Experience with utilizing a tool such as Wireshark to support network and computer security analysis
- Experience with troubleshooting network system issues with IT hardware such as repeaters, bridges, routers, gateways, and hubs and operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, SUN Solaris, and Linux

Position: Software Engineer

Description:
Required experience:
- Experience with JEE technologies - EJBs, JMS, JPA, JAX-B
- Experience in building and deploying JEE applications
- Experience writing messaging software that using XML - development of schemas, schema validation, and marshalling / unmarshalling data objects using JAX-B / XPath
Prefered experience:
- Previous experience publishing and processing JSON
- Experience developing user interfaces using JSPs / MVC
- Experience with Hibernate
- Knowledge of network topologies
